This is “Cafe Crepe”. Have you heard about this restaurant? They are specialized in crepes. They also sell sandwiches, panini, traditional French baguettes and all kinds of beverages.
But what is Crepe? This picture is one kind of Cafe Crepe’s crepe. Actually, the word ‘crepe’ is French for pancake. A crepe is an unleavened , flat, thin pancake of cooked dough or batter, which is used as a wrapper for another food.
Are you somewhat familiar with crepe so far? Let’s taste with our eyes! In this restaurant, there are many different kinds of crepes, which we can enjoy. For example, savoury crepes and sweet crepes. You can eat chicken, tuna with a spinach and a cheese crepe. It’s a normal crepe. But if you want to eat a sweet crepe, you can choose nutella, strawberries, and banana. In addition, there are 4 different kinds of jams.They have honey, caramel, cinnamon, and maple syrup. If you want to add more fillings, there are also a lot of additional fillings : ice cream, whipped cream, dark chocolate and nuts. It means you can make your own crepe! Isn’t is awesome?
As I explained, there are every kind of beverage. Especially, they now proudly serve Lavazza espresso coffee. They recommended that this coffee is the most complement with their crpep! If you want to drink alcohol, of course you can enjoy it! There are beers, cocktails, martinis, and wine.
Now, I’ll show you Cafe Crepe’s overall atmosphere. If you go there, you can see many chefs. The chef makes crepes in front of you. When you order, you can choose other additional fillings. At that time, the chef makes your own crepe!
This is Cafe Crepe’s indoor feature. I think that the interior decor is very refined and elegant. But you don’t need to wear suit or dress. Casual attire is enough for you. Moreover, it’s good for groups since private rooms are available for customer’s exclusive use for parties, meetings or large gatherings. Wifi is free for every customers, not to mention that it is wheelchair accessible.
